Pre primary 1 & 2
Shamiri Junior School offers a comprehensive and nurturing educational journey for children from their early years through to the foundational primary grades. Our classes are designed to cater to the specific developmental needs and learning styles of each age group, providing a seamless progression through their crucial early academic years.
Our class structure
PP1: In PP1, we focus on consolidating pre-reading and pre-maths skills, introducing more structured learning activities, and fostering a love for discovery through hands-on experiences.
PP2: PP2 prepares children for the transition to Grade 1, with a focus on developing early literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills, alongside continued social and emotional development.
